Nuon – Head’s up Head's up
Nuon has made the strategic choice to focus on existing clientele. They have made their power to actually listen to customers a central theme of their campaign; listening energizes. For the first part of the campaign we used their new service, the head’s up feature, as the subject. With this service, people got a head’s up when they all of a sudden used much more energy than normal. The TVC is a combination of emotion plus a motion graphics add-on explaining the service.
